DAY 1 SYDNEY

On arrival in Sydney you will be transferred to your hotel with the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 2 SYDNEY

An AEA Luxury Tours/Mount ’N Beach Safaris vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence an afternoon Panoramic Sydney tour. Visit the historic Rocks area and hear of early convict history. Continue through the Central Business District and Macquarie Street, and marvel at 18th century sandstone architecture such as NSW Parliament House, Rum Hospital, Hyde Park Barracks and St Mary’s Cathedral. Continue to Mrs Macquarie’s Point to enjoy magnificent views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Then continue through Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, home to the rich and famous. Travelling along the coves and shores of one of the world’s most impressive harbours, stop for photo opportunities including a panoramic photo of the Sydney skyline. Pass through areas such as Kings Cross, Double Bay and Rose Bay before arriving at Watsons Bay where you have the option of a short coastal walk with views of the South Pacific Ocean and entrance to Sydney Harbour. Travel on to famous Bondi Beach for a 30-minute stop. Visit the beachfront promenade, put your toes in the sand, enjoy a coffee or cool drink (at own cost). See bronzed Aussie lifesavers and surfers riding the waves of Bondi. Re-board the vehicle and continue to Tamarama and Bronte beaches before returning to the city via Centennial Park and Paddington, a trendy district with elegant terrace houses and boutique shops along Oxford Street. Tour concludes at Darling Harbour or Circular Quay between approximately 4.30pm-5:00pm.

DAY 3 SYDNEY - BLUE MOUNTAINS

An AEA Luxury Tours/Mount ’N Beach Safaris vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a Blue Mountains Overnight tour. The Blue Mountains is a real journey into the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. Your guide will take you off the beaten track to visit remote lookout locations and discuss the history, flora and fauna of the region. First stop is Calmsley Hill, a working farm based attraction involved in animal rehabilitation offering fabulous bush surrounds located near the heart of Sydney. Get up close to a range of native and farmyard animals including kangaroos, koalas, emus and wombats. Enjoy morning tea and time to wander at leisure. Then commence the drive to the Blue Mountains via the highway. Visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley with beautiful vistas, where possible away from the crowds. Continue on to Eaglehawk Lookout for views of the famous Three Sisters and to learn of the legends behind this famous rock formation. From here, arrive at your hotel accommodation at approximately 11:00-11:30am, and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

DAY 4 BLUE MOUNTAINS – SYDNEY

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then a leisurely morning to relax in the Blue Mountains. You will be picked up from your accommodation at approximately 11:00-11:30am to re-join the tour. Head towards the village of Blackheath for lunch at the Boiler House Cafe at the Hydro Majestic. Enjoy a relaxed two course lunch with stunning views. Beverages can be purchased at your own expense. The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of lookouts. The view from Govett’s Leap is one of the most famous lookouts in Australia. Here the magnificent waterfall drops a whopping 180m to the base of the cliff. The last stop is the delightful Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens to enjoy the sweeping views and a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice before travelling back to your hotel in Sydney, arriving by approximately 4:30-5:00pm.

DAY 5 SYDNEY - HUNTER VALLEY - SYDNEY

Begin your Hunter Valley Wine Tour with scenic views of Sydney Harbour as you travel the famous Harbour Bridge onward to one of the most famous wine-growing regions in Australia, the Hunter Valley. This tour is an
exceptional showcase of the Hunter Valley region. With a great variety of food and wine experiences to exhilarate your senses, there is something for everyone! The Hunter Valley hinterland is famous for its Semillon, however, the region also produces award-winning varieties of wine including Shiraz, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Verdelho. Wander through vineyards and pop into boutique cellar doors for a complete hosted wine-tasting experience. A handpicked cellar door experience has been selected for its commitment to excellent customer experience and the quality of the wine. Enjoy two wine-tasting experiences before lunch and one in the afternoon. Speaking of which, you will enjoy lunch at Cypress Lakes, a delicious cafe-style meal in the picturesque Hunter Valley Village. After your meal, you will have time to browse the bespoke collection of boutique shops, and galleries and sample more of the local produce, with an educational course in cheese making at the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory. If time permits, you may consider using your free time to visit the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, The British Lolly Shop, Kissofire Hunter Valley Liqueurs or The Garden Cellars. End your day with your new friends at a boutique cellar door, saving the best to last. Enjoy a structured tasting with a vineyard representative showcasing their range of wines. After a wonderful day of experiences and meeting like-minded wine lovers, you will start to make your way back to Sydney. You’ll be provided with guaranteed comfort stops on the return journey knowing you have had a day full of sips,
