DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN ZURICH – LUCERNE
Individual arrival at Zurich Airport* and onward travel by train to Lucerne, a charming lakeside city framed by mountain views. The journey is easy and comfortable, taking around one hour, and brings you right into the heart of town. After check-in, enjoy some leisure time for a relaxed first stroll along the lake promenade or through Lucerne’s picture-perfect old town.

DAY 2 LUCERNE AND LAKE VIEWS AT LEISURE
Breakfast at the hotel, then the day is yours to enjoy Lucerne with your Lucerne Card. For an easy and scenic day, discover the city’s best-known sights on foot, including Chapel Bridge, the Lion Monument, and the historic old town, all within easy reach of the station and lakefront. If you wish, add a relaxing boat ride on Lake Lucerne for beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and villages.

DAY 3 MOUNTAIN DISCOVERY
After breakfast, spend the day exploring one of Central Switzerland’s famous peaks with excellent transport connections included with your Lucerne Pass. Mount Rigi is a wonderful choice for an easy outing, combining a lake cruise, mountain railway, and panoramic viewpoints with minimal walking required. Prefer snow-capped scenery? Mount Titlis offers a dramatic high-alpine experience with a comfortable cable car journey from Engelberg.

DAY 4 LUCERNE REGION AT LEISURE
Today, choose another relaxing day out using your Lucerne Card. You might enjoy the famous Golden Round Trip to Mount Pilatus, known for its spectacular scenery and smooth combination of boat, cogwheel railway, and cable car, or simply remain in Lucerne for shopping, cafés, and more lakeside time. This flexible program is ideal for travellers who prefer a gentle rhythm with memorable Swiss views throughout.

DAY 5 DEPARTURE FROM LUCERNE – ZURICH
After breakfast, departure by train from Lucerne to Zurich Airport. Depending on your flight time, there may still be a chance for one last coffee with a lake view before saying goodbye to Central Switzerland.
