DAY 1 / DECEMBER 18TH - CAPE TOWN

Upon arrival, meet and greet and transfer to your hotel.

DAY 2 / DECEMBER 19TH - CAPE TOWN

Today you will embark on a full day Cape Peninsula Tour. Step into the working harbour of Hout Bay at the end of Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard for an authentic fishing village experience from the colourful fishing boats moored on the dock to the range of fish markets, restaurants, street markets and shops set overlooking the bay.From here, you will embark on the Seal Island cruise. Take to the ocean on the only glass bottomed passenger launch in South Africa. View the kelp forests and abundant sea life from two glass viewing ports at the bottom of the boat. With ample outside deck seating, you can sit comfortably and observe the Cape Fur Seals in their natural environment, the vessel is usually within metres of this majestic and social animals.
Continue to Chapman's Peak (weather permitting). Locals call this famous scenic drive that winds its way between Hout Bay and Noordhoek on Cape Town’s stunning Atlantic Ocean coastline “Chappies”. The toll route stretches nine kilometres along the coast taking over 100 curves in a road carved out by prisoners of war in the mid-1910s over a seven-year period. On the one side are towering cliffs and on the other a steep drop to the ocean. Visit the famous Cape of Good Hope nature reserve, a World Heritage site, is set at the end of Cape Town’s south peninsula. Take a trip via funicular to the lighthouse at 286 metres above sea level (built to which warns ships they are approaching the feared “Cape of Storms”), stroll along the cliff paths or venture down the steep slopes to the stunning white-sand beaches below. The reserve is home to a variety of small wildlife. Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, visit the penguins at Boulders Beach. The sheltered Simon’s Town beach of Boulders Beach is the home of an endangered land-based colony of African penguins (over 2 000 of them), as well as a favourite swimming and beach destination for locals and international travelers, particularly children. Return to Hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

DAY 3 / DECEMBER 20TH - CAPE TOWN

Today you will enjoy a full day winelands tour. There could be no better way to spend a day than indulging in a Cape Winelands experience packed with historic and modern architecture, fabulous cuisine, and, of course, world-class wines. The tour heads to the country’s principal wine routes of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Franschhoek – all of them with fascinating histories and their unique offerings. Traversing stunning landscapes, this full-day experience stops along the way for wine tasting at prestigious estates. South Africa is known for its quality white, reds, blends, and bubblies! Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

DAY 6 / DECEMBER 23RD - CAPE TOWN – MOSSEL BAY, SOUTH AFRICA

Located along the Southern Cape, Mossel Bay is one of South Africa's most popular tourist destinations. Sink your toes into the sands of Santos Beach. Hike up the trail to the Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse where the 19th century structure provides stunning views of the surrounding area. Learn about the earliest humans at the Point of Human Origins archaeological site. Then explore the more recent cultural heritage at the Bartolomeu Dias Museum.

DAY 7 / DECEMBER 24TH - PORT ELIZABETH, SOUTH AFRICA

Port Elizabeth is one of South Africa's major municipalities and bears the nickname 'The Friendly City'. Relax on beautiful King's Beach. Spot some big game at the Kragga Kamma Game Park nature reserve. Explore the rich history of South Africa's Eastern Cape at the Donkin Reserve. Try local dishes like potjiekos, an indigenous stew cooked outdoors in a cast-iron pot.

DAY 8 / DECEMBER 25TH - RICHARDS BAY, SOUTH AFRICA

Situated on the deepest natural harbour in the Southern Hemisphere, Richards Bay will thrill both nature and culture seekers. Spend the day walking through the Umlalazi Nature Reserve where you might see one of the rarest birds of prey in South Africa, the Palm-Nut vulture. Catch some sun or some waves at Aklantstrand Beach or learn about South African history and art at the Empangeni Museum.

With rich cultures, expansive beaches and historic landmarks intertwined within a hip, vibrant atmosphere, Durban boasts a seemingly endless array of possibilities. The port city is home to the largest population of Indians outside India and to millions of Zulu (South Africa's largest ethnic group). Visit an authentic Zulu village for a glimpse into their traditions. While touring the city's historic sites, including Mahatma Gandhi's house and International Printing Press, you can enjoy delicious Indian cuisine at a local restaurant. Or choose to slow it down, way down, lounging on warm sands or taking a rickshaw ride along the Golden Mile - a nearly four-mile-long beachfront esplanade.

Both its geographical location and German art nouveau architecture make Lüderitz a very surprising and unique destination to explore. Situated between the barren Namib Desert and the weathered South Atlantic coast lies what appears to be a charming Bavarian village peppered with historic landmarks, a museum, and cafes. Though surrounded by seemingly unforgiving landscapes, the region is home to diverse wildlife, including penguins, whales, dolphins, and a large array of breeding seabirds. Explore the coastline or journey inland on a desert adventure.

DAY 17 / JANUARY 3RD - SKUKUZA – KRUGER NATIONAL PARK - SKUKUZA

Full day Game Drive in Kruger National Park. This game drive experience in the world-renowned Kruger National Park is one you will never forget. Explore the pristine wilderness in an open safari vehicle with a highly experienced ranger, who will ensure optimal game viewing with his in-depth knowledge of the African bush. As you search for the Big Five, keep an eye out for the many other smaller creatures that live in this reserve, including over 500 bird and over 100 reptile species.

DAY 18 / JANUARY 4TH - SKUKUZA – PANORAMA ROUTE – KRUGER NATIONAL PARK - SKUKUZA

This morning, Panorama Route tour including Lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Explore one of South Africa’s most picturesque routes with an experienced guide as you take a tour of the area’s many natural wonders. You will see The Pinnacle Rock towering 30m above the forest as well as God’s Window, one of South Africa’s most famous vantage points (on clear days you can see as far as Mozambique). Take in the Blyde River Canyon and the Three Rondawels, massive spirals of dolomite that rise from the far wall of the canyon. Other highlights include the spectacular Lisbon Falls and unusual rock formations of Bourke’s Luck Potholes. A light lunch with a soft drink is enjoyed halfway through the journey and there’s a chance to explore the colourful craft markets en-route.
