A magnificent option for short, medium or long stays in a most enchanting location!
Pierre & Vacances residences offer studios and apartments in a “time sharing” building. The units are equipped with small kitchenettes, generally including a dishwasher, an oven, hob, coffee maker, refrigerator, TV with local channels (mostly French). You will also find on the premises, pools (opened from April to October), gaming sites for children and adults, water sports, golf, horseback riding, thalassotherapy centers nearby. Wi-Fi ($) is available in the apartments and even in public spaces.
Inclusions
Inclusions if minimum stay is 28 nights:
TV with local channels (mostly French), a set of sheets, a set of towels, quick and basic house cleaning once a week (except kitchen area and dishes), including a change of towels, a cleaning products kit (renewal every 14 nights for stays at the same property), and cleaning at the end of your stay (except kitchenette).
Inclusions if less than 28 nights:
One set of sheets and towels and one final cleaning.
IMPORTANT: no change of sheets and towels or other cleaning is possible unless you pay for these benefits at destination.
Exclusions
Flights – Transfers – Gratuities to guides, drivers and Residence staff – Beverages, meals, or snacks – Optional excursions – Stay tax from 1.5€ to 4€ per person, per day, payable at front desk (free for under 18 years) – 200€ – 300€ deposit (bank preauthorisation) on arrival – Travel insurance – All other items not mentioned in the Residence inclusions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE PIERRE & VACANCES RESIDENCES
These are residences; these are not similar to a hotel or apartment complexes and resorts. The services offered are paid or prepaid and calculated according to the terms of your purchase. The units are located in different “Time Sharing” buildings. Some residences do not provide any restaurants, the front desk reception opening hours are restricted, the extra services you would require will have to be prepaid or paid on the spot (weekly cleaning / change of bed linen and towels / final cleaning etc…) Some residences cannot guarantee a pool view or sea view room. This special request cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival. We can request it for you but if it is available upon arrival, a charge will apply in order to move to a pool or sea view room. The restaurants and swimming pools provided by the residence are usually not open from November to April. The residences with TVs only provide local channels (mostly French). The Pierre & Vacances units are sometimes more than 3 times less expensive then 2* hotels on the French Riviera. It is a good option for families, single travelers or couples who want to travel with a small budget. We do not recommend this type of accommodation for clients that are used to 3* or 4* hotel accommodation and services. If this is the case, we will be pleased to offer you another accommodation and provide the best price available.
