Campania is a land rich in culture, music, history, architecture and archaeological sites. The tour will bring the participants to the Isle of Capri, the most picturesque and visited places in Campania; Naples, with its castles and noble palaces, but also the city where pizza was conceived in its modern appearance and taste; in Pompeii, the ancient Roman city buried in 79 AD from a massive eruption of Vesuvius; in Sorrento, the lively seaside resort that houses the famous Limoncello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where there are a number of mountain towns that seem to fall into the sea and the wonderful Positano. Campania is also a land with a rich gastronomy that has its roots in fresh local products; the Romans knew the region as Campania Felix, which translates into English as “fertile countryside”, and there is a real wealth of genuine and rich food to discover here.

Arrival in Naples station or apt meeting with the guide and driver in the morning (max. 11.00 am), Walking tour of Naples, free time for lunch (optional ), transfer to the hotel in Sorrento area .Time to settle in and then welcome dinner dedicated to the typical products of Campania region. DAY 2 SORRENTO – Cooking class and Limoncello Tasting
After your Continental Breakfast, be ready for a day dedicated to the typical
Sorrentine foods! The cooking class will be held in a characteristic Sorrentine garden and it will be specially designed to make your holiday a perfect culinary experience. All dishes are prepared using the freshest ingredients, following traditional recipes passed down through many generations. Each cooking course take approximately 3 hours depending on the option selected. The class includes a lesson based on the subject of the day by lunch accompanied by exquisite wines, mineral water and Limoncello. They’ll greet you with a welcome drink and they’ll start a walking tour in the vegetable garden.
Here you can pick our organic products with their Mediterranean scent and taste, which will be used for
cooking and preparing our dishes. The lesson includes cooking a traditional Sorrento menu, composed of a
first course with Homemade pasta, a second course and the inevitable dessert. Under the experienced
leadership of the chef, you can learn how to cook the famous Gnocchi alla Sorrentina or the Ravioli alla
Caprese. You can cook the famous eggplant parmesan, made with fried eggplant, then put in the oven
with mozzarella and tomato sauce. At the end the dessert cannot miss: a lemon caprese cake or a
delicious Tiramisù with coffee (the menu selected could change on the basis of the seasonality of the
products). At the end of every class you can taste your culinary creation, and you’ll judge your own dish
in the shadow of our pergola, with a smile and fine wines in good company.
At the end of the lesson you will receive your certificate of participation and the recipes to cook your
favourite dish at home on your own. Return to your hotel and overnight. (B, C, L)


Participate for the whole day in the private tour, dedicated to the exploration of the beautiful and romantic island of Capri. The tour starts with the private transfer from the Hotel in Sorrento to the port of Sorrento, where they will meet with the guide. Departure to Capri by hydrofoil, and arrival to Capri. Visit of the Blue Grotto (weather permitting). The tour of Capri and Anacapri will be followed with the Capri Cabrio Car, characteristic of the island, with a stop and visit of Villa San Michele. Free time for lunch (optional) and transfer to the port of Capri to return in Sorrento. Transfer included from the Port of Sorrento to the hotel. Overnight. (B)


Meeting with guide and driver at the hotel at 08 AM and departure for Pompeii. Visit of the Pompeii excavations, departure for the Tenuta Lune del Vesuvio for a guided tour of the estate with lunch and tastings of the wines of their production.

In the morning departure for a memorable day spent in one of the most beautiful places in the world, the Amalfi Coast. Meeting with the guide and driver in Sorrento hotel, departure. Stop Positano high for photos, departure for Amalfi: visit of the famous Cathedral of Sant’Andrea and the historic center of Amalfi, after moving to the magical city of Ravello, where some of the most famous composers in the world such as Verdi and Wagner have composed their works. Continue to Minori via the Tramonti hills where we will make a visit and wine tasting at “TENUTA SAN FRANCESCO” (visit of the family vineyard with the cellars + tasting of 5 WINES with tasting of typical local products) and Maiori. Stop in Minori one of the oldest cities of the Amalfi Coast, with its Roman Villa (entrance not included). Here we will stop in one of the most famous pastry shops of the Amalfi coast “De Riso” with a taste of the famous Ricotta and Pear. Free time and return to hotel (B, T, L, T)
