Arrive at Dublin Airport and pick up your hired car. Check in to your accommodation and spend some time exploring the cosmopolitan city of Dublin.
Enjoy a tour of Dublin City at your leisure, stroll around the Georgian Squares and discover Phoenix Park, the largest public park in Europe. Go shopping in exclusive Grafton Street and enjoy a bite to eat in Dublin’s trendy Temple Bar district. You can also visit the oldest University in Ireland, Trinity College (not included) founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth 1st. Inside, visitors can view the famous and wonderful ‘Book of Kells’, a 9th century Gospel manuscript in Latin with the Four Gospels of the New Testament.
Continue to the inevitable visit of the Guinness Storehouse (included in package), with an interesting insight into the history and the brewing process of the world famous beverage. At the end of the tour enjoy a delicious pint of Guinness in the Gravity bar, which offers wonderful panoramic views across the city.
On Day 2, enjoy an Irish Evening of “Celtic Nights”, at the Arlington Hotel and enjoy a wonderful dinner and show.

After your full Irish Breakfast, depart Dublin heading south towards Waterford. On arrival, visit the legendary Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre (not included). Founded by George and William Penrose in 1783, the factory is a world leader in the manufacture of crystal. Take a guided tour to learn the secrets of the manufacturing process and understand the attention to detail required to make each piece of crystal. A fascinating visit not to be missed! Continue your tour at Lismore Castle (not included), built in the 13th Century in a Gothic style by King John. You will be completely captivated by its panoramic and imposing position overlooking the River Blackwater. Stroll through enchanted gardens with beautiful collections of magnolias, camellias, rhododendrons, herbaceous borders and contemporary sculptures. The historic garden is divided into two parts; one represents the 17th Century (1605 by Richard Boyle), and the other one is the image of the 19th century. You will be enchanted by the castle’s mystic charm. Continue to your accommodation in County Waterford for overnight.

Continue your journey with a unique experience in a mystic and unspoilt region of Ireland. Indeed, the Ring of Kerry is the most famous and panoramic route in Ireland through Killorglin, Cahirciveen, Waterville on Ballinskeligs Bay, the picturesque village of Sneem, with its painted shops and cottages, and along the spectacular Ladies View. This trail leads each visitor into the heritage of Ireland, giving the opportunity to discover every treasure of the Iveragh Peninsula. In fact, this region is particularly famed for its charm with its amazing scenery of many types, including long sandy beaches, rocky shoreline, cliffs, mountains, lakes and forests. With spectacular, beautiful and diversified landscapes, the journey is not be missed!

Today will be spent exploring Limerick. You can visit the picturesque King John’s Castle (not included). Built around 1200 – 1210 the Castle is located in the heart of the medieval Limerick City and overlooking the Shannon River, it offers visitors spectacular views. A majestic insight with a discovery of 800 years of history thanks to an interactive visit with imaginative historical exhibition, excavated pre-Norman houses, fortifications, siege mines and battlement walks. Do not miss this fascinating insight into medieval Limerick and its history.
Lough Gur is one of Ireland’s most important archaeological sites. You will be captivated by the beauty, charm and tranquility of this ancient place. The Interpretive Centre tells the story of Pre-Celtic Ireland dating back to 3000 BC. Enjoy an educational and peaceful walk of discovery through beautiful scenery. Overnight in County Limerick.

Start your journey north with a visit to Ennis, a historic market town known as the home of Traditional Irish Music. The history along with modern influences represents a pleasant blend of the historic past and active present. Its narrow bustling streets and lanes give character and ambiance to the town. It has a rich heritage tradition with some of the finest monuments, buildings and waterways. Aillwee Cave (not included) is your next place to visit, which was discovered in 1944 and is the most famous of the many thousands of ancient caves beneath the karst landscape of the Burren, Ireland. Its features include an underground river and a waterfall as well as some large stalactites and stalagmites.
Your final stop of the day is the famous Cliffs of Moher (not included), Ireland’s most visited natural attraction. The Cliffs rise up to 214m (700 feet) at the highest point at Knockardakin just north of O’Brien’s Tower and range for 8km over the Atlantic Ocean on the Western seaboard of Co. Clare. It also boasts views of 5 counties on a clear day. The human story and history of the Cliffs of Moher dates back at least 2000 years. Mankind has told stories about these mighty cliffs and seen them form a part of myth and legends.

Referred to as a “savage beauty” by the Irish writer Oscar Wilde, the Connemara region is a peninsula bordered by the arid and rocky coastline of Galway Bay. Connemara is world famous for its lakes and rivers, bogs and mountains. The picturesque Connemara has a natural charm with its abundant wildlife and its villages, where Gaelic is still the spoken language. With its beauty and its natural paradise, Connemara offers you magnificent views of the Ocean and the fjord of Killary Harbour. This region is such a spectacular and unique sight and must be explored.
Visit the Neo-Gothic Kylemore Abbey (not included), built in 1868 by Mitchell Henry as a romantic gift. Originally, it was a Castle covering around 40,000 square feet with over 70 rooms and the principal wall was two feet thick. In 1920, Kylemore became an Abbey and is now the oldest of the Irish Benedictine Abbeys. This remarkable historical place offers you magnificent views in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Take a pleasant and charming walk through the Victorian Walled gardens. Overnight in County Galway.

Travel back towards Dublin. Return your hire car and join your flight home.
