Continue to Kefalonia and take the cruise to explore the cave of the Nymphs, the Cave of Drogarati with the fantastic stalactites and stalagmites, the Castle of Saint George and the Lighthouse of Argostoli with the impressive architectural style. Swim at Myrtos beach, ranked as the best beach in Greece and among the ten best beaches in the world!

Please note we highly recommend that clients purchase personal insurance, as ferries and/or flights in Greece are subject to delays and cancellations due to high winds or weather conditions on the mainland and the islands. This means that clients may need to change their plans on-site to accommodate the new schedule changes. Unfortunately, this also means that they may incur some extra fees for extra transfers, hotel, and/or loss of an excursion. Once returned to Canada, the disbursements may be claimed with their insurance company.

DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN ATHENS
Welcome to Athens! On arrival, you will be met by our assistant and transferred to your hotel by a taxi or private minibus. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 2 ATHENS HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR
After breakfast, you will be met at the hotel (or a designated meeting point), to start your half-day Athens Sightseeing Tour, including a visit to the spectacular Acropolis and the New Acropolis Museum. Overnight in Athens.

DAY 3 ATHENS - ZAKYNTHOS
In the morning, transfer from your hotel to the airport by taxi to embark on the flight to Zakynthos. On arrival, your transfer will be waiting to take you to your hotel for a 2-night stay.

DAY 4 ZAKYNTHOS – BOAT CRUISE
After breakfast, transfer to Zakynthos Marina to take a local boat cruise, as it is one of the best ways to explore the island! The boat cruise departs at 09:00 and returns at approx. 17:00. On the cruise, you will visit the Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. You will spend 1.5hrs here and can enjoy a lovely swim. Afterwards, you will have a photo stop at Porto Vromi, where our boat pulls up next to the Agalas and Keri Caves. Another big photo stop is Turtle Island; the whole gulf of Laganas and Kalamaki are full of swimming turtles in the water. The turtles are huge but also friendly - if you are lucky, you can swim with them! Another major swim stop is around St. Nickolas, Vasilikos, where the boat anchors for about an hour. At the end of the cruise tour, your driver will pick you up and transfer you back to your hotel in Zakynthos.

DAY 5 ZAKYNTHOS - KEFALONIA
Breakfast at the hotel, then our driver will pick you up at 08:15 to transfer you at Agios Nikolaos port to take the local ferry to Kefalonia (departing at 09:45). You will reach Pessada port in Kefalonia at 11:00. Our driver will then transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free. We recommend exploring the city of Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia, to buy souvenirs or to stroll in the narrow streets. Overnight Kefalonia.

DAY 6 KEFALONIA
After breakfast, you have the day to enjoy amazing beaches or explore the island by yourself. There are many options if you feel like joining an optional tour (+$).

DAY 7 KEFALONIA - LEFKADA
Our driver will pick you up from your hotel to catch your ferry to Lefkada. The local ferry departs at 12:00 and will reach Lefkada at about 13:30. Upon arrival, our driver will transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight Lefkada.

DAY 8 LEFKADA
After your breakfast, the day is yours to spend at leisure. Otherwise, we suggest a one of the daily cruises among the islands of Lefkada, Ithaca, Scorpios and Kefalonia by local boat (+$). Late in the afternoon our driver will drop you off at your hotel.

Optional Excursions : OPTIONAL EXCURSION (+$): LEFKADA/KEFALONIA - Visit the most beautiful beach of the Ionian Sea, the breathtaking Porto Katsiki, for a swim. You will then visit Fiscardo (Kefalonia), the largest island in the Ionian Sea with its many alterations in landscapes and its varied natural beauties. You will also see the ornament of the island, the village Fiscardo. Enjoy a short stay to relax at one of the restaurants for a meal and enough time for a stroll.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (+$): ITHACA - Home of Homer’s hero, Odysseus, where legend and history are a connecting point for a spiritual people. The hospitable romantic island Ithaca offers an ideal place for a peaceful holiday, interesting tours, and exploration. It is a harmonious combination of sea and mountain with magical bays and enchanting beaches, picturesque pathways, and traditional houses.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (+$): MEGANISI AND THE PAPANICOLIS CAVE - Visit Meganisi’s Cave, where in 1940, during World War II, it was used as a hideout by the navigator latridis, of the legendary submarine Papanicoli (The boat Nidri Star I enters the cave for photographs).
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (+$): SCORPIOSIS-SPARTI-SCORPIDI (THE THREE ISLANDS OF ONASSIS) - Take a guided cruise around the 3 islands with an afternoon stop on the island of the Greek tycoon Aristotle Onassis, Scorpios, for a swim.
OPTIONAL EXCURSION (+$): MAOURI - The island on which the great poet Aristotle Valaoritis was born raised and wrote his poems. Since 1990, it has been characterized as a preservable museum and was inherited by his great grandchildren.

DAY 9 LEFKADA - ATHENS
Following your breakfast, our driver will transfer you to Preveze airport to catch your flight to Athens. In Athens again, our driver will take you to your hotel and the rest of your time is free. Overnight Athens.
