DAY 1 ENTEBBE
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 2 ENTEBBE - MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you shall start your tour. Driving through Kampala, you shall proceed to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here you shall have a walking Safari to the Southern White Rhinos that have been re-introduced in Uganda. In the afternoon you will drive to the legendary Murchison Falls, from which the National Park derives its name.

DAY 3 MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, early morning game drive. The trip takes you through beautiful landscapes made up of savannah grasslands down to the delta point in search of lions, leopards, hyenas, buffalo, elephants and several antelopes as well as bird species. In the afternoon, take a boat trip on the Nile River to the bottom of Murchison falls and enjoy these spectacular waterfalls.

DAY 4 MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK - KIBALE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, you will depart from the Murchison Falls National Park and drive to the Kibale National Park, driving through the Rift valley Escarpment. In the afternoon you will arrive in Fort Portal town.

DAY 5 KIBALE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will reach the Kibale Forest and enjoy the chimpanzee trekking. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to take a natural walk in the Bigodi Swamp as well as a community visit.

DAY 6 KIBALE NATIONAL PARK - QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will drive to the world-famous Queen Elizabeth National Park and you will cross the equator along the way. Evening game drive.

DAY 7 QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
You start the day with an exciting early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, famously known as one of the World’s National Parks with the highest bio-diversity of flora and fauna. In the afternoon, take the amazing launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel, revealing hundreds of hippos as well as numerous bird species some of which are seasonal “immigrants” from Europe.

DAY 8 QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK - ISHASHA
After breakfast, drive to Ishasha located in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy the African wildlife and its beautiful scenery. In Ishasha, game drive searching the unique tree-climbing lions.

DAY 9 ISHASHA - LAKE BUNYONYI
Today you start your journey to one of the most beautiful places in Uganda: the Lake Bunyonyi. Its name means a place with “many small birds”. Along the way you have spectacular views of the terraces of the Ugandan mountains. This area is called the “Switzerland of Uganda”. Time allowing, you may choose between different activities; a Canoe boat ride, a swim in the Bilharzia free lake, you may also explore a nearby village. Residents are happy for your visit and are open to explain their daily lives.

DAY 10 LAKE BUNYONYI
This morning you will get up very early to enjoy gorilla trekking. Trekking the Mountain Gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trek will take between 2 and 6 hours, but is well worth the effort. You will be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the Gorillas.

DAY 11 LAKE BUNYONYI - RUHENGERI (RWANDA)
After breakfast you will drive to Rwanda fondly known as the “land of a thousand hills.” Enjoy the stunning landscapes along the way.

DAY 12 RUHENGERI - LAKE KIVU
The volcanic chain “Virunga” is a breathtaking beauty of old volcanoes rising almost 5000 meters, completely covered by dense, green rainforest. You can choose between different options: trekking on the Mountain Gorillas in the Volcanoes National Park; hike the 3,711 m high Mt Bisoke; visit the grave of the famous gorilla researcher Dian Fossey; visit of Golden monkeys. In the afternoon, leave Ruhengeri and proceed south to Gisenyi on Lake Kivu. You will take a walk through the fashionable lakeside resort, as well as to the border post with DR Congo.

DAY 13 LAKE KIVU
Today you will choose to spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel; alternatively you can take a walk to the fashionable lake side resort, or go for a boat ride on the lake.

DAY 14 LAKE KIVU - KIGALI
Today, you will drive to the capital of Rwanda in Kigali. Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way. Upon arrival in Kigali enjoy a city tour. You will visit the Genocide Museum in the suburb Gisozi. In the evening depart for the Airport to catch your flight back home.
